Hello,
a bit about me:

Outstanding Argentinian author and actor. As a comedian has worked in radio, TV, and theaters in the United States, Spain, Colombia, Chile, Brazil, Peru, Uruguay and Cuba. In Argentina and Mexico was in radio for 14 years, and in TV for 8 years.

He has more than 30 books published: novels and stories for children, middle grade, young adult and adult readers. His books are sold in all Latin American countries. He has sold more than 2.6 million copies of his books. Has edited 13 records and 8 audiovisuals.

He has been awarded with the following literary prizes:

  • Editorial Art Prize of the National Chamber of the Mexican Editorial Industry (CANIEM), 2010

  • White Ravens List of the Internationale Jugendbibliothek München, 1998, 2001, and 2005

  • “Casa de las Americas” Prize, Cuba, 1997

  • ALIJA (IBBY Argentina), 1998, and 2010

  • ALIJA (IBBY Argentina) to Poetry Book, 2013

And for his music

  • Nominated to the Grammy Latino Prize to the Best Music Album for Children, 2017 and 2018

  • Two books are in IBBY Mexico’s Recommended Book Guide, 2003-2005, 2008.

  • Two books are part of the classroom and school libraries program of the Ministry of Public Education of Mexico.

  • Two of his books of Natacha’s series are translated into Slovac.
